1. Eligibility

•  Participants must be aged 13 or older.  
• Teams may have 1–4 members.  
•  All team members must register on Devpost and fill out the Google Form before beginning work.

2. Project Timeline

• Kick-off: August 15th 
• Submission Deadline: August 29th (11:45 PM PST) 
• Any work started before the official kick-off will lead to penalty points

3. Submission Requirements  

By the deadline, each team must submit on Devpost:  

1. GitHub Repository link (public so our judges can access it)  

2. Quick Demo Walkthrough Video: Recommended ~2 minutes

3. Project Description (problem statement, AI approach, impact)  

4. (OPTIONAL) Live Demo URL (hosted web/mobile app)  

4. Code of Conduct

• Treat everyone with respect - no harassment, hate speech, or bullying.
• Report any violations to bay2bayhacks@gmail.com immediately.

5. Participation Award 

All participants will receive this prize at the end of Hackathon once our team confirms their completion of the following requirements:

1. Complete the Google Form for registration.

2. Join the Discord Server with your name to verify your participation.

3. Follow Bay2BayHacks on social media (Instagram).

4. Submit an actual, original project for the hackathon as per competition rules.
